What do the downspout extensions consist of?

We typically will use black corrugated pipe to connect to the gutter and take the water away from the house approximately 10-15 feet.  At the end there is a pop-up for discharge of the water.  The pop-up used does a great job of keeping the debris out of the end of the pipe.
