What if I have a problem in the spring with my system?

If we winterized your system and there is an issue with the system in the spring such as a crack in the back flow preventor or a head is cracked on the side from freezing water, then it will be covered under warranty assuming you are still under our two year warranty.

If you are not under our two year warranty, there will be a $35.00 service call fee to evaluate any damage and it will be repaired at that time assuming it was due to a negligent winterizer.  A negligent winterizer is one that allowed water to stay inside the back flow preventer or within a 12" mist head.  If your valve from within the house was faulty and allowed water to escape outside, or you turned the valve on at anytime during the winter, then nothing is covered.

There is no warranty on commercial systems in the spring unless we are contracted to perform the start-up service.
