My head won't go down, what should I do

First try to step it down to see if it will go down.  You can do that multiple times to flush out the seal.  Sometimes dirt and debris get stuck in the seal and cause it to stay up.  If that does not work, please contact our office at [phone] to schedule service or log a ticket through this help section.
